AI-Assisted Study Matching

Recruitment Hero may use automated or AI-assisted tools to help identify potentially relevant clinical research opportunities based on information available to the platform.

Any match, recommendation, ranking, or suggestion generated through the platform is intended to assist recruitment workflows and should not be treated as a final determination of patient eligibility.

Final study eligibility may depend on protocol criteria, screening procedures, medical evaluation, investigator judgment, and other study-specific requirements.

Users should independently review relevant study information before making clinical or research decisions.

Medical and Clinical Research Disclaimer

Recruitment Hero is a technology platform and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical judgment, or emergency medical services.

Information displayed through the platform should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a patient qualifies for, should participate in, or will be enrolled in any clinical research study.

Study participation decisions should be made through the appropriate research and healthcare process, including review by qualified professionals and any required informed consent procedures.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse Recruitment Hero.

Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization
• Submitting false, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawfully obtained information
• Using the platform to harass, exploit, impersonate, or deceive another person
• Attempting to bypass account permissions, security controls, or access restrictions
• Introducing malicious code, malware, or harmful software
• Interfering with the normal operation or security of the platform
• Scraping, copying, or extracting platform data in an unauthorized manner
• Using Recruitment Hero for purposes that violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization

Third-Party Services

Recruitment Hero may link to or interact with third-party websites, application stores, healthcare systems, research resources, communication providers, analytics services, or other external technologies.

Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and availability commitments.

Recruitment Hero does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Intellectual Property

The Recruitment Hero platform, website, application, branding, interface, software, graphics, content, documentation, and related materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected Recruitment Hero materials.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Recruitment Hero intellectual property to the user.

Platform Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features of Recruitment Hero as the platform evolves.

While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain accurate and useful information, Recruitment Hero cannot guarantee that all platform content, study information, third-party information, or automated results will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Users remain responsible for reviewing information and exercising appropriate professional judgment before relying on it for clinical research or healthcare workflows.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Recruitment Hero and the parties responsible for operating the platform will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from the use or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

When the Terms are updated, the revised version and updated effective date will be posted on this page.

Continued use of Recruitment Hero after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
